Founded in 2002, we offer three locations to service you. Our town office is at 2300 Jenks Ave., Suite C, in Lynn Haven, right next to the Emerald Coast Fellowship Church. Our second clinic is located at 11501 Hutchison Blvd., Unit 100, Panama City Beach. It is at the Village of Grand Panama, next to Dolce Italiano and Another Broken Egg. Our third clinic is at 5620 Cherry Street, Suite D in Callaway. It’s located behind Bay Credit Union.
In the State of Florida, it is permissible to see a physical therapist without a referral from your doctor, and we are pleased to offer quick access (we aim for within 24 hours after your call). Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are able to treat you for 30 days before you must see a medical doctor.
